Kamal Kharrazi as saying Iran would "reconsider" ties with Argentina and recall its charge d`affaires in Buenos Aires, Abdolrahim Sadatifar, for consultations. Argentina says it has hard evidence that Iranian-backed Moslem militants were behind the bombing at a Jewish community centre which killed 86 people and injured 200. Iran has repeatedly denied involvement. Four Iranian diplomats left Buenos Aires on Tuesday after Argentinian Foreign Minister Guido Di Tella said he was reducing Argentina`s Tehran mission to a single envoy and told Iran to do the same. Di Tella said last Friday he had decided an "extreme measure" and would consider breaking off relations altogether. A day earlier, Iran told Argentina it was applying trade sanctions in retaliation for Buenos Aires`s insistence that Iran continued to be at the centre of its investigations. Iran described as "baseless" an accusation by Argentina`s judiciary this month that an Iranian diplomat was linked to the bombing.
