A three day meeting where delegates will interact with potential business/development partners from across Europe. The working language will be English.

Interactive electronic publishing: creative techniques, editorial tools, innovative content
Information accessing, filtering and analysing technologies: multimedia content, including geographical information systems
Conference Program
All participants are invited to make a short presentation covering:
their organisation`s or company`s principal products and key skills
their pan-European partnership potential
the projects on which they are working, and areas of interest for the future
Business forums will be organised into thematic parallel streams and will be chaired by experienced facilitators who understand information and publishing marketplaces.
Plenary Sessions
Opening Sessions: Place the meeting in the context of EC and OSI programs for the promotion and development of an advanced information society in Europe as a whole Provide selected case studies of existing EC-funded development activities and examples of excellence in Eastern European projects supported by OSI
Closing Sessions: Focus on next steps and concrete opportunities for collaboration in pan-European projects

Other facilities
A media room for product demonstrations and meeting spaces will be available throughout the event.
Accommodation
Very moderately priced rooms for 220 delegates will be available at the venue, the Marina Hotel.
Social Events and Meals
OSI and other sponsors will organise evening social events. All other meals will be provided by OSI. Details will be provided to all delegates. A closing lunch event will be sponsored on the final day by OSI.
Registration
No delegate fees will be charged, although all delegates will be expected to pay their travel expenses to Budapest and accommodation cost.
